“I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen.” ~ Rev 1:18

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

You say, who died and made you know-it-all theologian?

Ok, let's start with who am I NOT...

  • I’m not a theologian.
  • I’m not a bible scholar.
  • I’m not a pastor.
  • I’m not a writer.

But I want to tell you what I know, in plain English, to the best of my ability.

So, who am I?

Well, I'm a daughter of the King. I'm nobody. I'm special. I'm one of you.. one of us. I’m a Christian who loves to study the bible. In particular, I love the book of Revelation. Why? The book of Revelation was the first chapter in the bible I read when I became a Christian. And the book comes with a promise of a blessing, although I didn't know it at the time, and the Lord blessed me. How? well, read on…

Credits

It's important that I give credit to the Holy Spirit, first and foremost, who guides me and inspires these writings, and the pastors that are amazing at Bible teachings. A lot of the explanations you read here come from my studies of Pastor Chuck Smith (who went home to Heaven), Pastor Jon Courson (https://www.joncourson.com), and Pastor Miles McPherson (https://www.sdrock.com).

My Blessings

The Book of Revelation is very special to me. Anyone I talked to said it’s terrifying and hard to understand, but I kept reading anyway. Maybe I was inspired by the Holy Spirit and maybe Jesus gave me the courage, because during the first time through this book I had an experience I’ll never forget.
I fell asleep while reading, as I often do, and woke up in the middle of the night. I opened my eyes, but could not move, as if my body was frozen, not being able to feel my arms or legs, or any other part of my body. I can’t remember breathing either, yet I was awake and very aware of the things I was seeing. The window curtains were moving as if by a soft breeze although the window was closed. I saw tiny colorful stars, as if tiny emeralds, rubies, and diamonds were flying all around my bedroom.
As a child, I heard stories told by elder women of demons coming to visit their grandchildren, other times from friends being visited by aliens, and stories told of being abducted, all in the same manner. I was super afraid and all I could think was "Jesus save me!".

Then I saw a bright, white, and shinning figure. I can’t tell you whether or not it had a head, arms and legs, nor looked like a human. It was a figure with white and gold colors, shinning as in sun rays. Although I couldn’t see the face, I knew it was Jesus and I felt a great comfort and was no longer afraid. Years later, when I actually studied the Book of Revelation, I found a description of the appearance of Jesus described by John in the very much similar manner in Rev 1:16 ("...and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength..."), which assured me that I was in fact visited by Jesus Himself. I also remember Pastor Miles shared the very same vision experience during one of the Sunday services.

Anyway, this lasted for a few seconds, or so it seemed. Then as the figure started fading away the curtains slowly stopped moving, the colorful lights disappearing and I started gaining the feel of my body again. I lived with my two young children in this huge house at that time, in an area where houses were not very close to each other, so I decided not to get up and look out the window, you know, just in case. I fell asleep shortly after, but I never forgot this experience. I never for once considered it to be a dream - it was too real.

So, how was I blessed?
Well, Jesus Himself came to visit me!!!! Too many blessings to list, but I have been blessed continuously ever since. The Lord gave me peace, wisdom, a sound mind, the understanding of the prophecies of the future, the end times, God's plan for humanity, the vision of how it applies to current world events, politics, economy, religions, on and on... Things like the rapture, the antichrist, the tribulation, Jesus' second coming, etc. have been revealed to me, including much, much more, and I’d like to share it with you.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading my scribbles.
May the Lord bless you forevermore!
